Charles Nemeth is the Director of the Center for Criminal Justice, Law, & Ethics at the Franciscan University at Steubenville. He joins the Joes to talk about his book "Christ, Crime,. and Moral Judgment", which examines the relationship between criminal activity and the moral imperative. He asserts that the measure of law worthless without a kind of hardness toward offenders, and charity itself has no backbone without justice.
